If u already have your free annual credit report, how to get your free credit score report again?

I’m wondering what FICO score I would need in order to qualify for a 0% APR Balance Transfer Credit Card like Chase, Discover, or Bank of America?

Is there a way to get a free credit report? I heard everyones entitled to 1 free report,state by state?

It is my understanding that each person is entitled one (1), free, annual credit report. I was curious as to the process of receiving this report and from what agency you go through.
